That's why we offer you the convenience of online banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you want to transfer funds before work, balance the checkbook after the kids have gone to bed, or pay some bills while you're out of town, your accounts are as close as your computer.
Credit Union members can also take care of business right on their cell phones or tablets. There are three options which allow members to access their information from personal devices.
- Text messaging provides balances and history, but doesn't allow transfers.
- Mobile Money browser link provides a mobile Web version of Virtual Branch.
- TouchBanking app provides all the same services available on Virtual Branch plus mobile deposit and can be downloaded to an iPhone or Android device.
To use any of these mobile options, you must be a registered user of Virtual Branch. Just log in, click the Self-Service tab, and then select Mobile Money in the Additional Services box. Here you can sign up for any or all of the three Mobile Money options and also find a list of Frequently Asked Questions to assist you. Need to make changes later? Just go back to the same location to update your selections, add another mobile device, etc. The app code needed for TouchBanking is GoMobile0715.
Another great service offered in Virtual Branch and TouchBanking is Popmoney, an innovative person-to-person payment service offered by leading financial institutions that eliminates the hassle of checks and cash. Now, sending and receiving money is as easy as emailing and texting.
