The main office is located at 1010 SW Tyler in Topeka, near the intersection of 10th & Topeka Blvd and just north of the main BCBSKS campus. Lobby hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, and the drive up window is open 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m M-F. You can reach us by phone at 785-291-8774.
